At mac+mitchell, we believe your skincare ritual shouldn't have to wait. We're committed to getting your order to you quickly, carefully, and with full transparency every step of the way.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all domestic orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Express shipping: Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST on a business day will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will be packaged and shipped the next business day.
Shipping fees for standard methods are based on the weight of your order and are calculated at checkout.
Signature Required: If you need your package shipped with signature confirmation - or have a history of package theft - you may select this option at checkout for an additional $3.00. Please note this option is not available for international orders.
International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally to 27 countries via DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

mac+mitchell is not responsible for lost packages once they have left the USA. We are also not responsible for international customs fees, duties, or tariffs - these are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
mac+mitchell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked Delivered by the carrier. If you are concerned about package security, we recommend selecting the Signature Required option at checkout (available for U.S. orders only, +$3.00).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is picked up by the carrier.
Returns
We strive to offer the best quality products. Should you have an issue with your order, please send an email to macplusmitchell@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt and we'll make it right.
